Suicide

Suicide is defined as intentionally killing oneself. Surely you have heard of or known someone who has attempted or committed suicide. Warning signs of suicide are withdrawal from friends or family, talking about death, or even giving away previously valued possessions. Ways to prevent it are to never promise to keep it a secret, don't dare or tempt them, and show them they have something to live for. The state with the highest suicide rate is Alaska. That is probably due to the immense darkness because sunlight and darkness affect personality and mood. Those are some basic facts about suicide.
